And, of course for those who know me, I had to have a couple of Tartes Flambees while I was there :-) This was at “L’Alsacien Châtelet - Restaurant / Bar à Flammekueche” (where Flammekueche is the German name for Tartes Flambees). This one was fine thank you very much :-)
